Shipping & Returns FAQ

**NEW UPDATE: We have recently moved and our online business is now based out of Geelong, west of Melbourne. So unfortunately due to logistical difficulties we are no longer providing shipping Australia or state wide. We do apologise for any inconvenience to our existing customers.

We are now providing our products with free shipping to our customers from the Geelong, Golden Plains Shire, Bellarine Peninsula & Surf Coast shire regions.

 

 

How much does shipping cost?

We are currently providing free delivery on all products to customers from the Geelong, Golden Plains Shire, Bellarine Peninsula & Surf Coast shire regions.

Unfortunately we are not providing shipping to any other destinations (including Melbourne) at this stage. We do apologise for any inconvenience. However for those customers that would like to pick up we can arrange that.

 

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We will ship out items within 1-3 business days of the order being received. And they will arrive the same day of being dispatched.

 

Do we deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we don’t deliver to PO Box's and Parcel locker's.

 

Which courier do you use? And what happens if Im not home?

 

Now that we are operating locally, we will be delivering the products ourselves personally.

 

What happens if my item arrives damaged? 

All items are packaged with extra support boxed packaging and a fragile sticker label. We try to minimise the chance of damage during transit. However if it does occur, please contact us immediately. We can make arrangements to pick it up and deliver a new one or refund you completely.

 

Returns/Refunds

We only accept returns, if items are defective or damaged on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us through our site or our FB page. If this occurs, we will resend a new item free of charge or refund you as appropriate. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has lapsed since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide us with some form of proof showing the extent of the damage or defect i.e. photos, video etc. 

Due to the logistics of shipping fragile items, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for a simple change of mind.
